Her work is trauma-informed: every body, every story, every rhythm is welcome. Nothing needs to be fixed or forced. You decide how deep you go, what feels right, and when to pause.
In her workshops Vulva Power and Turn On Your Sex, she sometimes explores guided self-touch, sensual massage, or mindful masturbation. These practices invite you to reconnect with your erotic energy. Always within a clear container of consent and safety.
There is a natural rhythm to each event, a flow you can surrender to, while still having full permission to pause, to breathe, to check in with yourself, or to adjust if something does not feel right.
Safety is not a limitation here, it is the ground from which true openness, pleasure, and transformation can unfold.
With a background in dance, yoga, tantra, and years of guiding retreats, Christina creates spaces where the body can lead, the heart can open, and everything human is welcome.

Christina Oud is a teacher, workshop facilitator, and former Moulin Rouge dancer who has been guiding retreats and workshops for over a decade, both in the Netherlands and abroad. She is the creator of Vulva Power, a project that opens safe and playful spaces around body awareness, s*xuality, and breaking taboos.
She has presented her work at national and international tantra, sex-positive, and consciousness festivals, including the Tantric Joy Festival (Amsterdam), Sexsibility in Ängsbacka, (Sweden, Brazil), as well as Healing Garden. She also teaches yoga at Yogaschool Noord.
