The chili system: a navigation for your nervous system

In my work, I use the chili system. Not to label how "h0rny" something is, but to indicate the potential intensity for your nervous system.

S*xuality and tantra touch our deepest layers. This means we work trauma-informed . We recognize that everyone carries a burden and that a practice can open unexpected doors.
But trauma-informed for me also means radical responsibility. I offer the foundation, the safe container, but you are the captain of your ship. I expect my guests and participants to be able to carry themselves, to feel and communicate their own boundaries, and to take responsibility for their own process.
Level 0: The Silence (No Chili)
Clothes stay on. The focus is entirely on your inner world. No confrontation with others, only the encounter with yourself. Safe, supportive, and designed to calm your nervous system (think Yoga Nidra).
🌶️ - Level 1: The Connection
Clothes stay on, but we reach out. A gentle touch, eye contact. We explore the space between "me" and "you." Subtle, but tangible.
🌶️🌶️ - Level 2: The Opening
Sensuality is given free rein. Clothing can be removed (always your choice). We work with the flow of desire and intimacy. You are invited to descend from your head into your body.
🌶️🌶️🌶️ - Level 3: The Surrender
A full package of sexual energy. Nudity is the norm here, or very welcome. We work directly with the raw life force. This requires a high level of self-awareness and the ability to breathe through your own resistance in a safe space.
